Mrs C and her Amazing Review
Mrs. C stopped in Colorado for less than 24hours on her way from Alaska to New York to have her boudoir photos taken. She literally got off the plane in Denver, drove to Colorado Springs, and hopped into the makeup chair. She was a little bit tired, but you would have never known from the photos! We shot at the studio, and at the Cliff House hotel, to give her photos extra variety. From the likes of her review below, it sounds like her husband was thrilled. I just LOVE hearing the kind of feedback Mrs. C gives about finding the courage to do this, and absolutely not regretting it one bit, and looking at herself differently and more positively than she did before. Absolutely makes my day!

A couple of years ago, I was searching for a photographer to do family photos and stumbled across Trystan Photography, her wedding and portrait business. I loved everything about this company and couldn’t stop looking at their website. I was amazed by the elegant and tasteful boudoir photos Charlotte had taken and was intrigued. After meeting Charlotte for our family photo session, I knew that if I ever found the courage to do such a photo session, I would have to do it with Charlotte. Her welcoming demeanor, fun attitude and ability to take beautiful photos sold me. Trust is an important thing when stepping so far out of your comfort zone and I found that trust in Charlotte.
I have always been a very self-conscious person but wanted to give my husband a gift he would never expect on our wedding night. Despite how nervous I was, I made the call to Charlotte and she gave me all the nitty gritty details; I was sold. I made the trip, which was a day worth of air travel and arrived at her house. I was jet lagged and looked less than presentable but her stylist found a way to make me look beautiful in such a tired state.
The Cliff House Hotel was stunning and added such class to my photos. I wanted to look beautiful and elegant, not like a trashy pin-up girl and Charlotte certainly delivered. She has an amazing talent and a gift that allows her to show the true beauty of her clients. I have never felt so beautiful in my life and probably look at my photos more than my husband does. When I gave him my album on our wedding night, all he could say was “wow, I married a model! Look at you!”
If you are on the fence and can’t decide if you are brave enough or the cost is intimidating you, find a way to make it happen. I promise you, you will not regret doing it but you will regret it if you don’t. I didn’t want to look back and wish I was able to find the courage. Now, I get to look back and think, “my husband might be right, maybe I could have been a model.”
